Well visited. Food was tasty and nice people. Every now and then the parking spaces are overcrowded but you can still get hold of more behind the house. I like the covered outdoor spaces with huge parasols and enough corona distance. You don't feel restricted and can enjoy your meal in peace. The selection is good Bavarian cuisine and freshly prepared. There is drinking water in the bowl for the Zamperl that you can safely take with you. Therefore very good in the evaluation. The prices are moderate for the performance ratio.

Even in Corona times, you are used to very good food. Beer garden is well attended. Reservation essential! The wait staff are friendly and attentive. The renovated inn is very attractive and invites you to linger. Can only be recommended! 👍

We stopped in the beer garden spontaneously on a bike tour. We were lucky to get a table without a reservation. The staff was very friendly and seemed very professional and experienced in carrying out the corona protective measures. At the entrance the data was already recorded, then you were politely asked to disinfect your hands and then you were brought to the square. Tables that became vacant were disinfected, including the armrests. We were served quickly, it tasted extremely good, the price-performance ratio was top, the various types of staff who took care of our well-being were exceptionally friendly. We can warmly recommend this inn / beer garden and advise you to reserve in advance ;-)

Pure luck to have the Gasthaus Högner in town! Varied dishes - great ideas in the composition of the dishes. Large quantities and all at prices. I just picked up something ... suitable packaging, nothing is squeezed together. Nicely prepared. Friendly staff. Perfect all round! Thank you!

Since the Gasthaus Högner was taken over by Hubert and the interior was discreetly renovated without losing the cosiness of a Bavarian restaurant, a few things have to be emphasized positively: 1. The Augustiner Hell is exactly cool to the degree and tastes fresh and how just freshly brewed. 2. It is open continuously from 11:00 am from Wednesday to Sunday. This opening time invites you to linger without hurry. 3. There is a small weekly menu and also a decent Bavarian menu. 4. The operation is usually brisk and attentive. In summer there is a host garden in front of the house, which cannot keep up with the cosiness and location.

Super nice waiters / staff! Food was great! The hit was the Fassbier vom augustiner! In all cases to recommend! Good Bavarian cuisine! Nicely decorated!

No WiFi, rooms are big but somewhat old with rly old furniture. Good for spending the night if you must, not worth 45E per night.
